Polyphenols “are strong antioxidants…. proven to inhibit reactive oxygen species (ROS) and proinflammatory cytokines, as well as improve mitochondrial function…… Antioxidants also decreased homocysteine, a brain toxin… which contributes to the pathology of neurodegenerative diseases. (Rita Moretti et al, 2019.)… We definitely recommend getting polyphenols in a pill, but also in their original packaging, fruits and vegetables.” Pgs. 110-111

Polyphenols are in our patented Resveratrol Polyphenol blend called Vivix.

Vitamin D “deficiency has been linked to many age-related diseases, like Alzheimer’s disease and other various inflammatory conditions.  ….. I do recommend Vitamin D3 4000 units daily to safely get levels above 50 nanograms per milliliter {in your blood} , which is the measure most labs use. (Verena Landel et al, 2016) And you should have started taking it yesterday, for the best effect.” P. 116

Ashwagandha “appears to have a good amount of neuro-protective potential in various brain disorders, though our understanding of how it works is still vague at best. (Sultan Zahiruddin et al, 2020)” p.109

Ashwagandha is in Stress Relief Complex.

B vitamins – “It (homocysteine) is linked to heart disease and stroke. An elevated reading is usually because of a deficiency in vitamins B12, B6 or folate (another B vitamin.)” p. 114

“I take B12 for my depression and anxiety, and it has made a big difference. I continue to take it to help prevent dementia. But unfortunately, my personal experience with treating patients with B12, whether it be high-dose injections or simple over the counter pills backs up the idea that once the disease takes hold, it’s of little value.” p. 115
